Founder of Indigo Flow and a guide in Yoga, Pilates, and mindful movement.

My path with movement began through challenge. In 2014, my health started to decline, and persistent pain gradually took away my freedom to move. After a long search for answers, I was diagnosed with a chronic inflammatory rheumatic disease affecting my spine and joints.

That moment changed everything.
Movement was no longer something I could take for granted — it became something I had to rediscover, slowly and consciously.

During that time, yoga entered my life and became a turning point. Through the practice, I discovered not only movement, but also breath, awareness, and a deeper connection with my body. Step by step, it helped me rebuild trust in my body and find a new sense of balance.

This journey inspired me to deepen my path and complete my yoga teacher training. Alongside yoga, Pilates became an essential part of my healing and learning process. My curiosity about the human body kept growing, leading me to study anatomy, specialize in Pilates, and become a certified Personal Trainer.

Today, movement is not just something I teach — it is a way of living, listening, and caring for the body. Through Indigo Flow, I create a space where people can reconnect with their bodies and their well-being. A space to slow down, move with awareness, and rediscover strength, mobility, balance, and presence. My teaching is guided by my own journey, by continuous learning, and by a deep respect for the body and its wisdom.

Above all, Indigo Flow is an invitation —
to reconnect, to move with intention, and to return to yourself.

The body has its own wisdom — sometimes we just need to learn how to listen.

Awareness, respect for the body, and mindful progression.

Each body is unique, and every person arrives with a different history, different needs, and different rhythms. For this reason, my teaching is never about forcing the body into shapes, but about guiding it to move with intelligence, curiosity, and care.

Through a combination of Yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and functional movement, I help people develop strength, mobility, balance, and a deeper connection with their bodies.

My intention is not only to improve physical capacity, but also to cultivate presence — creating space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the body from within.

Movement, when practiced with awareness, becomes more than exercise. It becomes a way to support long-term well-being and a more balanced relationship with ourselves.

My group classes are designed with particular sensitivity to the needs of the female body, while remaining open and welcoming to everyone.

My Approach

  • Group classes are not designed for pregnancy.
During this time, the body is going through big changes and deserves a more specific and supportive approach.

If you are pregnant, I invite you to reach out — we can explore a more suitable way for you to move and feel supported.

  • If you are experiencing an injury, especially in an acute or sensitive phase, group classes may not be the right space.

My priority is that you feel safe in your body.
You are welcome to contact me so we can understand what kind of support would be most beneficial for you.

  • Indigo Flow is not about pushing or performing.
It is about reconnecting — with your body, your breath, and your own rhythm.

The practice is guided with awareness and intention, with a focus on mobility, strength, and presence.
Rooted in a feminine approach to movement, it honors softness as much as strength.

  • These classes are for anyone who feels the desire to move with more awareness and connection.

They are especially designed with the female body in mind, while remaining open and welcoming to everyone.
All levels are welcome — what matters most is your willingness to listen and explore.

  • Each class is an invitation to slow down and reconnect.
We move with intention — exploring strength, mobility, and awareness, always guided by the breath.

Rather than following a rigid structure, the practice adapts and flows, creating space for you to feel, listen, and be present in your body.

  • You can reach out through the contact form on the website or via Instagram.

If you have questions, doubts, or simply feel curious, you are always welcome to connect.
I’ll be happy to hear from you.
